Studien zur interkulturellen Mediation

Triadische Interaktion ist der zentrale Untersuchungsgegenstand der Reihe Studien zur interkulturellen Mediation. Der thematische Forschungsgegenstand ist grundsätzlich interdisziplinär angelegt, Beiträge aus allen geistes-, kultur- und sozialwissenschaftlichen Disziplinen sowie deren Überschneidungsbereichen sind willkommen. Von besonderem Interesse sind dabei Einblicke in Handlungskontexte, die von Beteiligten als interkulturell eingeschätzt werden. Durch den Fokus auf triadische Interaktionen wird die dyadische Engführung des Forschungsdiskurses zur interkulturellen Kommunikation konstruktiv aufgebrochen und erweitert. Die Reihe ist sowohl für Arbeiten aus der Grundlagenforschung als auch für anwendungsorientierte Studien offen. ICCA – Industries culturelles, création, numérique

Under the aegis of the LABEX ICCA (LABoratoire d’EXcellence ICCA) research centre, this collection contains the results of research into various cultural industries, in both traditional fields – such as the film industry, television, music or print publishing – and more recent fields such as video or video games. It focuses on an interdisciplinary perspective for studying the means of mediation and promotion, the consumption practices and the transformations induced by underlying trends such as globalisation and digitisation, which radically change both the processes for creating content and the ways of funding and distributing the content produced. Sous l’égide du LABoratoire d’EXcellence ICCA (Industries Culturelles et Création Artistique), cette collection réunit les résultats de recherches consacrées aux différentes industries culturelles, traditionnelles comme le cinéma, la télévision, la musique ou l’édition, ou plus récentes comme la vidéo ou le jeu vidéo. Elle privilégie une perspective interdisciplinaire pour étudier les dispositifs de médiation et de promotion, les pratiques de consommation et les mutations induites par des mouvements de fond comme la mondialisation ou la numérisation, qui bouleversent aussi bien les processus de création des contenus que les modes de financement et de distribution de la production.

Social Justice Across Contexts in Education addresses how teaching for social justice, broadly defined, mediates and disrupts systemic and structural inequities across early childhood, K-12 and postsecondary disciplinary, interdisciplinary and/or transdisciplinary educational contexts. This series includes books exploring how theory informs sustainable pedagogies for social justice curriculum and instruction, and how research, methodology, and assessment can inform equitable and responsive teaching. The series constructs, advances, and supports socially just policies and practices for all individuals and groups across the spectrum of our society’s education system. The series provides sustainable models for generating theories, research, practices, and tools for social justice across contexts as a means to leverage the psychological, emotional, and cognitive growth for learners and professionals. It positions social justice as a fundamental aspect of schooling, and prepares readers to advocate for and prevent social justice from becoming marginalized by reform movements in favor of the corporatization and de-professionalization of education. The over-arching aim is to establish a true field of Social Justice Education that offers theory, knowledge, and resources for those who seek to help all learners succeed. It speaks for, about, and to classroom teachers, administrators, teacher educators, education researchers, students, and other key constituents who are committed to transforming the landscape of schools and communities.
