Summary

Cornwall is full of mysteries: dolmens, place-names, wrecks, unfamiliar saints, legends of Arthur or Isolde. However, some of this mist is now dispelled by a book on the region’s so-called Celtic Crosses, which are humble relations of ones in Ireland (as also Wales or Scotland). They here receive thorough and up-to-date analysis, for which the authors deserve congratulations.
